Offer 3: Supervisor and Wallboard Software
In order to maintain service levels and maximise resources, it is important for systems managers and supervisors to have access to accurate performance metrics. Arc Supervisor provides over 250 real-time and historical reports relating to incoming calls to the operators. This information can then be displayed via the Arc Wallboard, enabling operators to also see call waiting and performance information, as well as early warning indicators where business thresholds have been exceeded.
Logicalis recognise the need for this business information in any implementation where 3 or more operators are deployed. Therefore we are able to offer Arc Supervisor and Wallboard free of charge for a limited period, if ordered with a minimum of 3 Arc Enterprise Operator clients.
