LOGICALIS EXPANDS GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT CAPABILITY WITH ALLIANCE CONSULTING ACQUISITION
Adds 70 consultants to award winning team
Logicalis has announced plans to acquire Alliance Consulting's Southwest region business, based in Phoenix, Arizona. The acquisition will strengthen Logicalis' global contract consulting services group by adding 70 consultants.
On completion of the acquisition, Logicalis will boast 250 service delivery consultants in the US who have obtained over 1,500 technical certifications in addition to in excess of 200 service delivery consultants based in Europe and South America.
"This latest acquisition demonstrates Logicalis' global commitment to enhancing and increasing our ability to deliver and integrate high-performance technology solutions for our customers," says Bob Dalton, managing director of Logicalis Integration Services (LIS). "In particular, it is a boost to our inSPAN global services delivery model where we bring the skills of Logicalis consultants based in North and South America to bear on the challenges facing customers across Europe and vice versa."
In addition to providing its business customers with increased geographical reach, Logicalis will add to and augment existing capabilities in its services portfolio, including:
- SAP and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services
- Application Rationalisation and Consolidation Consulting
- Business Intelligence and Data Management Services
- Onshore-Offshore Outsourcing
- Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) Services

The company expects to complete the acquisition during the next 60 days.
