Logicalis UK Acquires Corporate Governance Vendor, Iconium
Compliance Will Prove Intrinsic To Collaborative Businesses
Slough, 24 January 2008: Logicalis has acquired the business and certain assets of Iconium Limited. Iconium delivers compliance, security and business intelligence tools that enable businesses to minimise operational and legal risk, and improve employee accountability.
The acquisition will enhance the development of Logicalis' existing governance architecture, support the integration of compliance policies throughout a company's ecostructure, and in particular, mitigate the risks associated with emerging collaborative processes.
Accredited as Iconium's first Policy Enforcement Partner in January 2007, Logicalis will continue to market Iconium and provide support services to all new and existing customers. Logicalis is committed to long-term product and service development, and continuing research and development programmes with its technology partners IBM; Cisco; HP, and Microsoft.
