2 August 2005 – Logicalis acquires Hawke Systems
Logicalis' acquisition of Hawke Systems in August 2005 secures its position as one of HP's top enterprise partners, and one of only a few HP Storage Elite Partners in the UK. The acquisition complements the acquisition of IBM premier partner Notability Solutions, made earlier this year. It also balances Logicalis' existing Cisco-based business.

7 June 2005 – Logicalis launches hands-free wireless communications for retailers
Logicalis Network Solutions has developed a hands-free, wireless communications solution for the retail industry. Logicalis has combined wireless networking and retail expertise with the Vocera Communications System, running over an 802.11b wireless infrastructure. 6 June 2005 – Logicalis connects scientists across Latin American and Europe
Logicalis is currently implementing a high speed network for the Latin American scientific research community, spanning eight countries, and connecting it to an existing pan-European research infrastructure. The major project is called ALICE (America Latina Interconectada Con Europa), and is part-funded by the European Commission. The new network will be completed in July 2006.
