25th September 2006:
Logicalis Group has achieved Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Programme in recognition  of its expertise in the implementation and management of Unified Communications (UC) solutions for business.  As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Logicalis will receive a rich set of benefits including access to a variety of exclusive resources and early product information to ensure it remains up to speed on the latest Microsoft product developments and future market trends.

18th September 2006:
Logicalis UK has restructured its business by merging its existing UK networking (LNS) and computing divisions (LCS) into a single entity. Previous managing director of LNS, Tom Kelly, has been appointed managing director for Logicalis UK as part of the restructure while Steve Ellis, former managing director of LCS, takes up the role of Senior VP – International Development.

13th September 2006:
Logicalis Group announced its intention to invest over $1 million to establish new offices in Chile and Peru. The new locations are the next stage in Logicalis’ already successful plan of developing a regional business to support multi-national customers operating in South America. Logicalis’ success in the region was recognised earlier this year by Cisco which awarded it the ‘Cisco South America Enterprise Partner of the Year 2005’ and the ‘Cisco South America Partner of the Year 2005’ awards.

7th September 2006:
London’s Haringey Council has signed a two year managed services contract with Logicalis. Logicalis will manage the Council’s networks, security and physical data centres, and work in partnership with the Council to manage its operation environments enabling access to essential business and IT services for Haringey employees and residents. Under the terms of the contract Logicalis will aim to deliver maximum performance from the Council’s existing IT infrastructure and achieve optimum value for expenditure on an ongoing basis.

1st September 2006:
Logicalis Group’s Independent services organisation, Intact Networks, has acquired re:solution (Reichert Network Solutions GmbH), a Saarbrucken-based German ICT services organisation. Intact Networks also announced changing its name to Intact Integrated Services (IIS).

25th July 2006:
The Lambeth Southwark & Lewisham Shared ICT Services (LSLSIS) has signed a 12-month contract on behalf of Lewisham Primary Care Trust (PCT) with Logicalis to deploy a state-of-the-art, biometric, single sign on security system to project user and patient confidentiality A cutting edge solution will ensure absolute patient confidentiality while enabling access to confidential shared files, ensuring faster, efficient and better overall patient care.

19th July 2006:
During the month of May, Logicalis was one of HP’s fastest growing Preferred Partners. The HP to celebrate this success aims to recognises and rewards Logicalis’ ongoing commitment to providing customers with quality solutions and outstanding customer service.

2nd June 2006:
Logicalis has been awarded BT’s Partner Solutions of the Year, in recognition of strong sales performance and contracts secured during 2005/6.With annual BT sales performance up nearly 200% on 2004, to in excess of £14m in contracted business, the award demonstrates Logicalis’ continued commitment to excellence.

24th May 2006:
Logicalis has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Premium IBM Business Partner, Silicon Plains, to help customers in the Insurance, Banking and Government sectors align existing ICT systems and data with business processes and people. The partnership will offer customers an accelerated approach to greater business agility through the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.

22nd May 2006:
Anglia Ruskin University had partnered with Logicalis to develop the University’s technical environment over the next three years.  The project includes a Strategic Review of the whole Communications & IT Support Services (C&ITS) infrastructure, required to deliver support to all stakeholders; students, staff and associates. 

15th May 2006:
Logicalis has been certified as a VMware Authorized Consulting (VAC) Partner. This will allow Logicalis to offer VMware-certified consulting services in addition to the VMware product it already supplies.
